Shipping and returns
We are shipping all orders from Paris, France. Each order is usually shipped within 1-3 business days, however it may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. We will be with you all along the shipping process, sending you emails from the order confirmation to it's delivery.
Note : Please take in consideration that orders placed from website release end of September to October the 15th 2021 might take 1 to 3 weeks to be shipped.
HOMIES FROM PARIS cannot be held responsible for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not liable if your package has been misplaced. Stolen / lost packages are non-refundable. Certain misunderstandings may apply but evidence must be recorded, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to assist you with this matter.
Pre-order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.
Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.
Please note that pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.
To ensure the greatest shipping experience possible, we offer express international shipping at the lowest rates negotiated with our transporters. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.
Orders made can be returned within 14 days of the order being placed. All returned items must be in new unworn condition with tags still attached. Returned items received in any other condition will be sent back at your expense unless otherwise agreed upon.
Please note that depending of their location customers might have to take care of all shipping back expenses in charge. Please contact us for further informations.

In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items may be exchanged for the proper item or size for free within 14 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders.
Still on vacation? We can hold your order up to 25 calendar days. While placing your order gives us a timed window to receive your delivery in the note section.
Sale items can be returned for exchange / store credit only. We do not offer refunds on any sale items. Free returns are not available on any sale items.
